Refund & cancellation
Fragrance products are personal-use items, so returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety. Our refund and cancellation terms are set out below. For any request, email hello@anantaaraarohya.com with your order number.
Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — usually within 24 hours of placing it. Email us your order number to cancel.
Refund timeline: once a cancellation or return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery refunds: for COD orders, approved refunds are sent by bank or UPI transfer after you share verified account details.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items: report them with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return condition: where a return is accepted, items must be unused, sealed where applicable, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items: for hygiene and safety, used incense, opened dhoop, burned candles, and change-of-mind fragrance preferences are not eligible for return.
